Notice Period:

Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for our veterinary team to review and process your request. We will contact you once the medication is ready for collection.

Legal Medication Reviews:

By law, our vets can only dispense prescription medication to animals under our active care. For most ongoing medications, this means we must have physically examined your pet within the last 6 months (or 3 months for certain medications). If a health check is overdue, we will contact you to schedule an appointment before we can refill the script.

Urgent Requests:

If your pet is completely out of medication or is unwell, please do not use this form. Call the clinic directly so we can assist you immediately.
